Artificial Mir II (Phoenix Game Server) Acceptable Usage Policy

– Sharing, buying or selling of accounts for real-life money is not permitted.
– Buying or selling of in-game items or gold for real-life money is not permitted.
– More than 2 connections to the game server per user is not permitted.
– Game Credits which have been used or transferred in any way will not be returned or refunded.
– Racism and hate speech will not be tolerated.
– Exploiting unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage is against the rules and should always be reported to staff.
– We have zero-tolerance towards the use of cheats or 3rd party software to gain an unfair advantage.

We reserve the right to ban users in breach of any of these rules.

Use of passwords

If you choose to register with our site, you will need to use a user name and password. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your password, which should be kept confidential at all times and not disclosed to any other person. You must notify us immediately if you believe that someone else knows your password. Artificial Mir II accepts no liability for any unauthorised or improper use or disclosure of any password.

Use of material

All intellectual property rights in or relating to the design of, and content on the site are and shall remain the sole property of Artificial Mir II, or where applicable are reproduced with the permission of the rights owner, such as content suppliers, affiliates and/or you.

Game Credit disclaimer

All purchases of products and services from us are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. The credit sales go toward our development and administration team allowing us to continue to update the game. We reserve the right to close any account with unauthorised charges.

It is possible these Credits can be lost/or reset through expected or unexpected events. This includes but is not limited to wipes, rewinds and account closure.

Virtual Items disclaimer

Our services may include virtual items. These items can be earned through use of our Services or “Purchased” with or by the exchange of other Virtual Items or with legal currency or Provider Credits.

You agree that virtual items only exist within our services and can never be exchanged for real money, real goods or real services from us or anyone else. You do not own Virtual Items but instead you purchase a limited personal revocable license to use them. Any balance of Virtual Items does not reflect any stored value.

We reserve the right to control, regulate, change or remove any Virtual Items without any liability to you.

You are not entitled to bring any Claimed in respect of, and do not suffer, any Loss as a result of any “loss” of or “damage” to your Virtual Items. To the full extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to compensate you in respect of any matter whatsoever related to the Virtual Items, including but not limited to any Loss you allege to have suffered or any Claims you allege to be entitled to bring.

If we suspend or terminate your Account in accordance with these Terms you will lose any Virtual Items that you may have and we will not compensate you for this loss or make any refund to you.
